Besides being just walking from MaryMount MRT station, JadeScape location is considered one of the development with high potential upside because of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) and North South Corridor (U/C). JadeScape is located in District 20 and the development of Thomson-East Coast Line could potentially bring in a lot of tenancy opportunities.

Thomson-East Coast Line will open in three stages starting 2020:
The Thomson-East Coast Line is expected to serve more than 500,000 commuters daily in the initial years. This figure would rise to about 1million when the it is fully operational by 2024.

The 21.5KM long routes for vehicles and pedestrians will be largely underground and it will be Singapore’s 11th network of expressway. It comprises not only an expressway with continuous bus lanes but also cycling trunk routes which will connect towns in the north to the city centre.
North South Corridor will intersect various expressways, including the Seletar Expressway (SLE), Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP).
North South Corridor is expected to complete in 2026.
